General information
- Vampyres prefer being among their own when they're not hunting for blood. They see other races as lower than themselves and seeing a vampyre interact casually with another species as an equal is uncommon.
- To lure their prey, vampyres are some of the most beautiful creatures for others to lay their eyes upon. This makes it easier for them to seduce their targets to a secluded space for the vampyre to feed.
- Vampyres stick to their own due to their pride and the fact that the rest of the creatures seem to think of them as the leeches of the world.

Trivia
- Their heart does not beat, meaning their bodies are often described as cold to the touch.
- While some believe that vampyres have no feelings, such as remorse or love, that is not true. They do however have an easier time hiding away what they are feeling.

Creation lore
- Caemille was created shortly after her sister Justiae, and while her sister sought to find balance, this goddess longed to spice up this world. She found herself hunger for blood, feasting on the humans that the Elders had created, however it just reminded her of her loneliness. Soon she found a way to create her own beings, placing her wrist to the lips of a dying human and letting it suck off of her immortal being. The human had fever trips and horrible pain for what seemed like a week before it arose from its bed. Caemille studied it shortly before deciding to make more, creating a total of six vampyres by her own blood; three male and three female. She granted them the ability to change whomever they saw fit to become like them, and watched as they spread like wildfire through the world.

Lifecycle
- Pregnancy: Being pregnant with a vampyre baby will drain the mothers blood, which means that she will have to ingest blood, a vampyre mother would find no trouble in this, but a mortal one may die if they dont feast enough.
- As a child: Vampyre children are well behaved, almost quiet kids as they follow their parents bidding. They are the kind of kids to keep to themselves and get good grades in school. They only stray from their calm nature when they get hit by their bloodlust.
- As a teenager: Vampyre teenagers can still be well behaved, but some go through a crazed period where they dont seem to understand why they have to feast on the blood of the living - Some of them may even feel saddened, depending on how they feel about the living. Some vampyres dont care at all. They are taught in this period by their elders on how to hunt effectively and how to lure prey.
- As an adult: Having been taught how to hunt and lure prey as a teenager, adulthood for vampyres is quite easy. They rarely, most vampyres live for eternity because of the way they've learned how to stay in the shadows and stick to their own. If a vampyre is killed, it's mostly because they strayed from the norm and were careless.
- Death: While a vampyre cannot die from old age, they can be killed by a special stake made from wood off of the burnt forrest. When they die, they will be faced with a trial, having Caemille as a defendant. However, what Caemille deems as good values and what the Elders deem as good is quite different, therefor it is 50/50 for a vampyre to enter the good place.

Looks
- Beauty:Vampyres are naturally appealing to other creatures, their features delicate with precision. Many of them looks like wandering paintings.
- Teeth:Though they can easily be told apart from the rest when they smile, their corner teeth long and sharp
- Eyes: A vampyre usually have a dark tinted colour as their eyecolour, but a change does appear when they feast, their regular colour turns into a colour as red as the blood they drink.

Personality
- Vampyres are snobby creatures that doesnt like to mingle with what they consider to be weaker races, such as mortals.
- They are great in social situations as they can often read the feelings of others. This is due to the fact that they need to fool their prey.
- Many believe that these blood-feasters have a way to "turn off" their humanity, but it's not the case. A vampyre is naturally uncaring for others than their own.
- Vampyres are typically quite artistic as many of them enjoy to make or look at art.

Strengths
- Vampyres are immortal, unless their heart is spiked with a stake made of a special kind of wood that rarely grows in the burnt forest on the Isle of Red.
- Vampyres can get stronger the longer they wait with drinking blood, but they also get more aggressive and prone to attack.
- Vampyre blood is only good for others to ingest if it's to make them turn. If someone drinks a vampyres blood with their own still being in their body, they can fall terribly ill.
- Vampyres can go into blood rush, where their strength peaks as they see red and hunt for prey.
- Blood helps a vampyre heal faster from wounds.
- Vampyres dont have a heartbeat, thus they wont need to breathe to survive, making them excellent in stealth.
- They hunt mostly at night where their senses are affected by the comfort of darkness.

Weaknesses
- A starved vampyre's beauty will start to fade and they start looking older and older the longer they starve.
- If a vampyre doesnt feed for 2 months, their body will wither and they fall in a deep slumber till their energy levels rise again.
- Vampyres are weaker than lycans strength-wise but they are faster in speed.
- The sun makes vampyres feel uncomfortable, but it doesnt hurt them as much as it used to.
- But daytime does make vampyres feel drowsy on the predatory side as they are night-hunters.
- Ingesting any lycan blood will potentially kill the vampyre, if they do not get the blood expelled in time.
- A vampyre cant die from wounds but it will make them weaker and more prone to being captured.

Race abilities
- Creation: Every vampyre is able to turn another creature into one of it's own - this does not include the lycan and fenix race (please see their race descriptions).
- Hypnotic stare: Gazing in to the eyes of a vampyre can be quite dangerous as they are able to almost hypnotize their victims with their gaze. A strong willed person can however break free of the hypnotic affect, but by then it might be too late.
- Persuasion: When a vampyre speaks it can sound alluring in so many ways, and this makes them great at persuading others to do their biddings.
