This Asylum was made for the humans that arrived in Churchill from their own world. Originally a hospital, the building was quickly changed to house these refugees. Many of them couldnt grasp their own sanity after what they had been through and thus where most of them just stored away in this run down hopsital. People have just sort of been left to their own here, though volunteers come and help to their best ability from time to time.

Churchill Cemetery lays on the outskirts of the Southern District, just about before the Blocks start. It is a rather large cemetery filled with statues and large tombstones as well as mausoleums. Some older families even have their own private section of the cemetery, reserved for past and future family members.

A rather old circus that fills the most of a field once used for agriculture. It is said that at night the performers come out to play a twisted game, but at day it is quite the fun amusement facility.

A small yet rather shady restaurant placed roughly in the middle of the Southern District. Although it functions on a day to day basis as a rather nice restaurant, it is not certain that it is only meals that this place is cooking. The prices, however, are relatively cheap and with the food of decent quality it has become quite popular amongst those in the Southern District.
